These Terms govern your use of Flysimio (“we”, “us”) and the eSIM products we sell. By purchasing or activating a Flysimio eSIM, you agree to these Terms. This page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice — if you need a formal interpretation, contact us.
1. Who can use Flysimio
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter contracts. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to use your eSIM only on devices you own or are authorised to use.
2. What we sell
Flysimio sells prepaid mobile-data eSIM profiles. We are a reseller of capacity from upstream carriers and aggregators. We do not own the underlying cellular infrastructure. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on those carriers and the location of your device.
3. Activation, validity, and use
- Each eSIM has a validity period that begins on activation (unless stated otherwise).
- Unused data does not roll over once validity expires.
- Daily-unlimited plans are subject to fair-use throttling as disclosed on the product page.
- You may not resell, share, or commercially redistribute our eSIM profiles.

See our refund policy for full details. In short: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not activated the eSIM. After activation, we refund the unused portion at our discretion.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in USD by default. Local taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect already-purchased plans.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flysimio to:
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Conduct unlawful activity under the laws of your home country or the destination country.
- Operate persistent automated systems, mass-IoT deployments, or relay/proxy services.
- Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems or upstream carrier networks.
We may suspend or terminate your eSIM without refund if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
7. Liability
Flysimio is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your use of Flysimio is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, lost business, or data costs incurred on other networks.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
