• Account & order data — name, email, country of residence, and order history.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed, used for analytics and fraud prevention.
• Activation data — the ICCID of your eSIM and aggregate usage (data consumed, country attached), so we can support and refund you.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not log the websites you visit or the apps you use.
• We do not read or inspect the content of your data traffic.
• We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

3. Why we process data

• To fulfil your order and deliver your eSIM.
• To provide customer support and process refunds.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the product (aggregated analytics only).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-money-laundering, court orders).

4. Who we share data with

We share the minimum data required with:

• Upstream carriers and eSIM aggregators — to provision your profile.
• Stripe — to process payment.
• Email and analytics providers — to send order emails and measure aggregate site usage.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. International transfers

Our infrastructure spans the EU and the US. Where we transfer personal data outside your home jurisdiction, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable law.

6. Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus the period required to comply with tax and legal obligations (typically 7 years). Aggregated technical data is retained indefinitely in anonymised form.
