Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe trying Flysimio. This page explains exactly when and how you can get a refund. Plain language, no surprises.
1. The 7-day window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided you have not yet activated the eSIM. We process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
2. After activation
Once an eSIM is activated and used, we refund the unused portion at our discretion. Typical examples:
- You activated a 30-day plan, used it for 5 days, and then your trip ended early — we refund the prorated remainder.
- You hit a coverage issue we cannot resolve within 24 hours — we refund in full.
- You used the data normally and now want a refund “just because” — we are not able to refund used data.
3. When refunds are not available
- You purchased more than 30 days ago and did not activate.
- The eSIM did not work because your device is carrier-locked or incompatible (please check compatibility before buying).
- Your destination changed and you forgot to activate — but contact us anyway, we often make exceptions.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@flysimio.com with your order number and the reason. Most refunds are approved within 24 hours. The funds return to your original payment method within 5 business days (sometimes faster).
5. Top-ups
Top-ups follow the same logic: unused top-up data is refundable; consumed data is not.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the email and a human will take a second look. We very rarely escalate further than that.
